Elani brings a deep understanding of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), offering expert support in MYP Mathematics and MYP Science, with a particular focus on Physics.  Beyond subject expertise, Elani is committed to inclusive education. She works closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to develop their organisation and executive functioning skills, helping them gain confidence and independence in their learning journey.

Noelia Zago brings over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish to both native speakers and second-language learners worldwide. She specialises in MYP and DP Spanish, including Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, and Ab Initio. Her expertise spans all four IB programmes, with a deep understanding of curriculum demands and student needs. Noelia is a Senior Examiner, Workshop Leader, Online Facilitator, Consultant, and School Visit Team Member. Her global experience and passion for the Spanish language make her a sought-after tutor who empowers learners with both academic confidence and cultural understanding. Dimitra Milioni is a seasoned IB educator specialising in MYP and DP Mathematics. Her IBEN roles include Workshop Leader, Programme Leader, Site Visit Team Leader and MYP eAssessment Examiner. As an IB Educator Network (IBEN) member for 18 years, Dimitra facilitates MYP, DP, and IB Education workshops, with a focus on pedagogical growth beyond program boundaries. She provides personalised tutoring in DP Mathematics, supporting students to strengthen conceptual understanding, build confidence, and achieve academic success in the IB framework and to further their love of learning mathematics.

Dr. Lina Amin Al Kouzi is an experienced educator, IB leader, and curriculum designer with a passion for language, learning, and empowerment. She holds a PhD in Arabic Literature and a Master’s in Education. She is a workshop leader for both MYP and DP, a curriculum reviewer, senior examiner, and programme evaluator. Lina brings a depth of insight and expertise to her teaching. She offers personalised tutoring in MYP and DP Arabic Language and Literature and Language Acquisition, supporting students in mastering both linguistic fluency and literary analysis Lina is especially passionate about promoting Arabic language learning and making Arabic accessible for all.

Ferdi Kaya Ferdi is an experienced international educator with over 20 years of teaching in schools across Turkiye, the UAE, Vietnam, Qatar, Oman, and now Hong Kong. Since 2010, Ferdi has been deeply involved in the IB community as a workshop leader, school team visit member, IB examiner for Paper 2 and the Extended Essay, and a course outline reader. His teaching expertise includes DP Math AA (SL and HL), DP Physics (SL and HL), and MYP Grade 10 Science. Ferdi is passionate about helping students build confidence and master complex concepts through clear explanations and thoughtful guidance.
