Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with 24 hours' notice or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or, if preferred, may be rescheduled at no charge.
Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, as the reserved time has already been allocated to your tutor.
No-Shows
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is treated as completed and is non-refundable.
